What is your warranty?
Each Square Amp is guaranteed to be free from defects in parts and workmanship for 1 year starting on the purchase date with the exception of vacuum tubes which are warrantied for 6 months. The warranty excludes any user damage or modifications. Return shipping to Square Amps will be paid by the owner and shipping back to the owner will be paid by Square Amps. Repairs and service are still available after the warranty period at a cost of $50 an hour bench fee.
What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 7 calendar days of delivery. Items must show no signs of wear or damage. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs. Return policy excludes custom orders.
I have my own enclosure can you build me a custom amp?
